Aquiles is Head of Quality Assurance at Eminence Homes. Aquiles is a Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience, specializing in project management and control. He plays a pivotal role in making sure every home Eminence builds is of the highest quality for our customers.
Paula Wynn is on the Sales team at Eminence Homes. She plays a crucial role in matching buyers with a perfect home for themselves and their families.
Sonny is Head of Sales for Eminence Homes. Specializing in working with both buyers and sellers, Sonny seamlessly adapts to the evolving demands of the industry, ensuring his clients receive unmatched service and results.
Pablo is an Operations Director at Eminence Homes. He is a Civil Engineer and holds a master’s degree in Project Management, with over 10 years of experience in the real estate development industry. He specializes in managing residential projects, from permitting and budgeting to coordination, and execution.
Ed is the Director of Construction & Compliance at Eminence Homes, with over 25 years of experience in residential construction across Florida, including leadership roles at Dream Finders Homes and ICI Homes. He brings deep expertise in quality control and jobsite leadership, delivering homes ranging from production builds to high-end custom projects.
Devin is a Superintendent at Eminence Homes with experience delivering residential projects from start to finish in both Texas and Florida, previously serving as a Senior Superintendent at D.R. Horton. He brings hands-on experience across both subdivision and infill projects, building single-family and multifamily homes, and he also served in the United States Marine Corps.
