Brett is the co-founder of Eminence Homes, a growing real estate development firm focused on affordable housing. Brett started his career in real estate at Rialto Capital, before spending almost a decade at the Carlyle Group in New York City.
Aquiles is Head of Quality Assurance at Eminence Homes. Aquiles is a Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience, specializing in project management and control. He plays a pivotal role in making sure every home Eminence builds is of the highest quality for our customers.
Madison is a Permitting Assistant for Eminence Homes. Madison studies Construction Management and lives in Jacksonville.
Kris is the Head of Construction for Eminence Homes. Prior to joining Eminence Homes, Kris worked for several major homebuilding companies throughout his career, where he has completed several thousand high quality homes. He lives with his wife and family in Jacksonville.

Logan is a Construction Superintendent for Eminence Homes. Prior to joining Eminence Homes, Logan worked for a large local builder in North Florida, where he led his team in the construction of hundreds of homes per year. He lives with his wife and family in Jacksonville.
Kim is Head of Permitting for Eminence Homes. Prior to joining Eminence Homes, Kim worked for a home mortgage company as a loan originator and processor since 1996. Kim lives with her husband and family in Jacksonville.
Jeremy is a construction superintendent for Eminence Homes. In this role, Jeremy oversees construction of several projects and oversees maintenance for Eminence Homes’ rental portfolio.
Sonny is Head of Sales for Eminence Homes. Specializing in working with both buyers and sellers, Sonny seamlessly adapts to the evolving demands of the industry, ensuring his clients receive unmatched service and results.
